I went for lunch with a friend and was blown away by both the presentation and quality of the food. The tostada was as beautiful as it was delicious, and the soup special with masa dumplings (!) tasted incredibly fresh, like it had just been made from scratch. Gorgeous veggies. The parklet was lively and the inside space felt super warm and inviting.
WOW. This was GOOD. I ordered the enchilada de chamorro and That Home made tortilla was amazing.. almost fluffy, but still chewey.. lots of flavor.. i literally cleaned my plate (i stopped short of licking it... dumb public standards!)
I also had a glass of the cold brew which was smooth and flavorfull... i actually liked it More without the cream and sugar i added from pure habbit. If you have the pocket depth for this place... (only negative, was 30$) Go for it!!!

I’ve been following Bolita since its early days and love it as much as ever. It’s so incredible how much more flavor their masa, tortillas, and masa-based foods have compared to any other masa I’ve tried. It’s truly refreshing to see people so dedicated to their craft and to elevating the importance of heritage, non-industrialized grains. Definitely look for their pop-ups — their prepared dishes are out of this world!
