Had my first 2 star michelin lunch in Hong Kong. I am quite impressed with the restaurant as it aims to promote local branded ingredients.
Food is on par with my expectation, had a really Hong Kong Style Lunchie. The service by the waiters were really impressive.
Worth a go.
Really cool decor, hip and creative. The food looked really interesting and had a good story but was not the best tasting. I found some of the flavor combinations a little odd, but still a fun experience.

5 star in my heart ! No doubt! It was my memorable experience when I tried it years ago in Wanchai. This time I revisit it on its new location in central. Interior design is chic, service is good (even better than that in Wanchai before), every cuisine is creative and interesting. I won’t describe one by one, just look at the photos n you know how artistic the whole experience is. The only criticism (I think they should be capable to improve) is: the sulking pig’s skin is not crispy, it’s difficult to cut and chew .
Visiting Bo innovation is an art experience to me. Though I can’t afford to be a frequent visitor, once a few years dining there can be a recharge for me. I love art 😍

After Covid, I finally returned to Hong Kong and revisited Bo Innovation, the first Michelin-starred restaurant I ever experienced.
Coming back here felt truly special — it reminded me why this place left such a strong impression the first time.
As a restaurant built on the concept of Extreme Chinese, Bo Innovation delivers an extraordinary journey of creativity and flavor.
Each dish surprises you — what you see and what you taste are often completely different, and that’s what makes it so exciting!
This time, I was especially moved by how every plate reflects the spirit and identity of Hong Kong.
Chef Alvin Leung is more than a chef — he’s an artist on another level. If you’re visiting Hong Kong, don’t miss this unforgettable culinary experience. :D

To say this place is a scam is not a ln overstatement and I rarely post criticisms of restaurants in the public. But the service and the environment, and mostly the food not only these the customer wanting more the very base quality, and the handled ingredients are very inferior. I would say that some of the ingredients are not fresh the environment. They spend a lot of money in a heart of Hong Kong yet the decor is very haunting and distasteful . And the near empty seats
in the restaurant confirms that my opinion is not just my own. Please do yourself a favor and save your 1000 HKD per head and avoid this place .
