We visited the hotel for just a night and we're very happy that it was just for 1 night. There are many issues with this hotel.
Firstly, the approach road and area is dirty, the hotel corridor and room is also dirty.
Secondly, not helpful staff, we had urine smell in the room when we entered, when mentioned they just came and sprayed off some room freshener and cleaned up a liquid on the floor. The central AC was very cold in the room, when mentioned they told us that there is only a air vent and it can't be controlled. We froze all night.
Thirdly, the condition of the room was very poor. Definitely not what they showed in the booking app. It felt more like a lodge than a 3-4 star hotel which was mentioned in the app.
Fourthly, food was not the best. I won't comment much here as tastes vary.
Overall a very bad experience. Only saving grace was that it was close to the airport
I celebrated my fiance’s birthday at Hotel Aureole and booked Prism Rooftop. It was a wonderful experience, The decoration was beautiful, the service was good, and special thanks to Sohail for coordinating everything perfectly. The food was okay, but overall the evening was amazing and truly memorable. Highly recommended
The Hotel is good, nothing extraordinary. Sometimes it cannot cater the rush in breakfast or lunch where few items takes too long to refill or disappear from tables. Otherwise good cleanliness and easy to reach place.

My wife booked the Glass Prism birthday celebration at Hotel Aureole, and it was a huge disappointment. The food was rushed out with no care or presentation, staff were rude and dismissive, and the whole thing was absurdly overpriced for what we got.
The AC wasn’t working, leaving the small spacehot and stuffy. The speaker was muffled and broken, so even the music sounded terrible. For a venue that claims to host celebrations, these are the most basic things — and they completely failed.
What makes it worse is that the place looks nothing like the pictures online. The photos are misleading and paint a far better image than reality. In truth, the setup is shabby, poorly maintained, and nowhere close to the premium vibe they advertise.
Overall, this was a total waste of money. The celebration mood was ruined, and instead of happy memories, we were left frustrated. I strongly recommend avoiding Hotel Aureole’s Glass Prism — don’t waste your time, don’t waste your money.
Extremely disappointed with the resturant we booked the rooftop decor for birthday celebration it wasn't maintained well all the set-ups are really close to each other the service was late the welcome drinks were served half an hour after we arrived during the booking the attendant was extremely rude. All the food was not up to the mark according to the price none of the food was good the decoration was looking awesome in videos but when you visit in real you will see how it's not maintained well and how close all the setups are extremely congested. The location is also not near to the Main road a bit inside.
