We had such a fun time at Zaika Fun Dining, Borivali! The ambience is lively and perfect for a family evening. We ordered DIY Pani Puri (super unique and fun to assemble!), Fish Tikka that was smoky and well-marinated, Korean Rice full of flavour, a Lebanese Platter that was fresh and colourful, and ended our meal on a sweet note with their Malai Ghewar absolutely divine! The serving style is creative, staff is courteous, and overall experience was totally worth it. Highly recommended if you want great food with a twist in Borivali West!

I recently visited Zaika Fun Dining with high expectations, especially after hearing about the venue as a potential place to host a family function next month. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The biggest letdown was the food. The taste was well below expectations, with several dishes lacking freshness and flavor. For a restaurant that promotes itself as a fine dining destination, the quality of the food simply did not justify the pricing. The service was equally disappointing. The staff appeared inattentive, requests took a long time to be fulfilled, and there was very little focus on customer experience. A good dining experience is a combination of great food and good hospitality, and unfortunately both were missing during our visit. The ambience also felt dull and lacked the warmth and vibrancy one would expect from a family dining restaurant or an event venue. It did not create the kind of atmosphere that encourages customers to spend quality time or celebrate special occasions. In fact, I had visited the restaurant with the intention of evaluating it as a potential venue for booking their banquet for an important event next month. However, after experiencing the food quality, service standards, and overall ambience, I decided not to proceed with the booking. I genuinely hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving the food quality, service standards, and overall dining experience. At present, I would not recommend this place for either casual dining or hosting special events.

The Paneer Tikka had the right amount of char, Thecha Paneer Makhani was creamy and flavorful, and those naan sliders were a total hit! The soup set the tone just right before we dived into the Unlimited Lunch @ ₹499 — worth every bite! 😍 Refreshing drinks like Berry on Virgin and Smokey Lagoon made the experience even better. 🍹 Perfect for small gatherings, kitty parties, or a fun lunch with friends.
