Sea Bream Nigiri

Nigirizushi is a traditional Japanese variety of sushi. It is fundamentally a small mound of vinegared rice, which is typically seasoned with sugar and salt. This rice is then topped with an ingredient, most commonly raw seafood, though other seafood, vegetables, or meat may also be used.
