Located on the 19th floor of Hotel Century Southern Tower, you’ll need to go through the hotel lobby and take the elevator up. It’s not visible from the street, so it might be a bit tricky to find at first, but just follow the signs once you’re inside.

It was actually our first time trying this kind of “all-you-can-eat omakase,” which made the experience quite interesting and different. The style leans more towards generous portions and a value-focused approach, rather than the refined, slow-paced progression you’d expect from a classic Edomae omakase. The pacing is quicker and the atmosphere is more lively and energetic.
The portions are quite big, we were already very full after just one round. The fish is served fresh and thick-cut, and the flavours are more bold than delicate, so it’s definitely more about satisfaction than finesse.
The restaurant itself is clean and comfortable, and the overall flow of service felt smooth. Staff were friendly, energetic, and efficient.
Overall, it may not be the best fit if you’re expecting a quiet, traditional omakase experience, but if you’re open to something more casual, filling, and different, it’s definitely an interesting one to try.
