In short, lovely staff, very chic atmosphere and a delicious gastronomical experience.
Came with a friend for dinner, and the food blew us both away. The lovely server suggested we try a blind menu, she asked for our dietary restrictions and preferences and the chef made us different dishes accordingly. It was magical. Every dish was versatile and delicious! Especially the new desert they launched, it was fresh and citrusy, very refreshing.
But the highlight of our experience was the exceptional service. The hostesses were warm and inviting, the server, Tomer, was absolutely brilliant, patient, and very knowledgeable in all the courses. The group sat next to us also applauded her service. Tomer, if you're reading this, אין עלייך!!!
All of the staff was very warm and we enjoyed every minute. Will definitely be back. Thank you!
Last night, I visited the restaurant to celebrate the birthday of one of my closest friends. We were looking forward to a special evening, and while the food was excellent and the atmosphere was lovely, the service unfortunately left a very negative impression.
The female server assigned to our table appeared unfriendly and unwelcoming throughout the evening. We ordered a bottle of wine, yet we had to pour it ourselves from beginning to end. At no point did she check on us, offer a refill, or provide the level of hospitality I would normally expect from a restaurant of this standard.
What disappointed me most was her attitude. When we asked for the dessert menu, she practically tossed it onto our table. Rather than feeling welcomed, we felt like we were inconveniencing her whenever we needed assistance.
I dine out frequently and have never experienced this level of inattentive and dismissive service, especially during a special occasion. It’s a real shame because the food was delicious and the restaurant itself has a wonderful atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service from this particular staff member overshadowed what should have been a

Loved the white apron service -- doesn't feel like Israel. (No offense intended)
Breakfast options were tasty and beautifully presented.
Particularly enjoyed the croque-madame.

The meal was good and the waiter who served us was very kind; however, it was a shame that the receptionist refused me entry to our reservation 15 minutes earlier, even though I needed to feed my one-month-old baby and the restaurant was empty! So the meal got off to a very bad start.

Exceptional food met with an appalling lack of hospitality
First, the objective perspective:
Style & Branding: The restaurant is positioned as a well-known European-style bistro. The atmosphere is vibrant and quite pleasant, though the seating is notably cramped with very little space between tables.
Quality: On average, the food is of a medium to high standard. However, the consistency varies significantly depending on the individual dish. Given the pricing, you would expect a more sustainable and consistent level of execution for every dish and style.
Price: Compared to other modern European-influenced restaurants in Tel Aviv, especially the newer ones we visited, prices here feel not just a bit, but significantly overrated for what is offered.
Service: A mixed bag. It clearly depends on the individual staff member, leading to a neutral overall impression of the service quality.
Our subjective experience (the reason for this 1 star rating):
Despite the food, this was one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences we have ever had. After spending nearly 1,000 ILS on a New Year’s Eve family dinner, we were essentially "kicked out" due to a time limit (90–120 minutes) that was not properly communicated such way to us.
Because of this lack of communication, we unknowingly exceeded our slot, which might happen, but... The handling of the situation was totally unacceptable: we were forced to cancel our coffee and desserts— especially the children’s desserts—literally seconds after the order had already been placed with another waiter. To be told you cannot have the dessert you just ordered seconds ago, to tell it your kid, because your time is up is, totally, absurd, and clearly unacceptable, never ever seen beforehand.
The only "positive" about that was a refund for drinks (half bottle of water) we weren't even allowed to finish because we were being rushed out.
To top it off, the staff seemed genuinely surprised (and complained about) when we decided not to leave a tip (which in any case should be at your own discretion).
Conclusion: A total lack of basic hospitality, being super unprofessional.
