We’ve been to Turkiz several times, and it’s definitely a place worth visiting, especially for the atmosphere and location. The restaurant is very cozy and beautiful, tucked away in the charming streets of Old Acre, so even the surroundings are part of the experience.
The service has always been good, friendly and welcoming, with a genuine sense of hospitality.
The food, however, has been a little inconsistent for us. Some dishes were very good, while on other visits the flavors and preparation didn’t feel quite as special or memorable as we expected. Nothing was particularly bad — it just didn’t impress us every time.
Overall, a beautiful and atmospheric place with great hospitality and a wonderful location. **Definitely worth trying when visiting Old Acre.**
We had a wonderful experience at Turkiz in Acre! The service was excellent, very welcoming, attentive, and friendly throughout the whole meal. The food was amazing and full of flavor. We had the shishbarak, salad, and mensef, and everything was delicious. The portions are very generous, so you definitely leave satisfied. And the knafe for dessert was remarkable, the perfect way to finish the meal. Highly recommended!

We booked in advanced and it was smart as the place is small and was full when we arrived.
We had the schawarma pizza (which we found so interesting when we read the reviews and the reason we chose this place for dinner), hummus with mushrooms, fatush salad and the knafeh for dessert.
The hummus was incredible (!!) and the knafeh was amazing - both are a must when you visit. The salad was great and seasoned really well and the pizza was ok but paled in comparison to the hummus and knafeh.
The service was warm and welcoming.
Brilliant!! We were there some time ago and the manager brought us a super variety of the menu!! Every thing was delicious!!! The starters, the mushrooms, the desserts... We really loved it!! The best place is Acre!!
