The food, particularly the scotch fillet and prawn and pancetta pizza, receives high marks for being outstanding. Additional Details
The Vineyard is described as a 'fantastic hotel' in one review, suggesting it may be part of a larger complex or offer accommodation. It provides a wide range of entertainment and services catering to families and various groups, including outdoor entertainment and a gaming room.
The restaurant is very popular, especially on weekends, so booking a table is advisable to avoid disappointment. It's suitable for visits throughout the day, including late evenings.
We were shocked at how big the bistro area is, but it is run so well and we really enjoyed our time there and would go again. The food was good and came out in good time even though it was very busy. Austin helped us with any questions and getting us a table and made our visit extra special. I would recommend it to family’s with kids as had a great play ground.
We went to the light fields they have set up during the winter and while it was very cute just a heads up it is not disability friendly as there is stones on the floor making it very hard for mobility aids.
This place is awesome for catching up with a large group ! Well worth the 40 minute drive for us. I easily booked a table online for 17. Kids from 6 to 13 had so much fun at the playground, lots of space for them to be outdoors while parents could enjoy a nice meal. It was easy for everyone to order and pay at the table and the food came out quickly. The beautiful lights display was what got us to choose this place, I would definitely come back.

Fricken love this place. Atmosphere amazing, food amazing, service is so quick no matter how busy it is. Enzo was so efficient clearing our table as needed and was very nice. The manager behind the bar always remembers you and is so helpful. Can’t recommend this place enough

The customer service from the guys behind the bar was fantastic. They were friendly, welcoming, and took the time to recommend items from the menu. One of them suggested I try the sweet potato, saying I'd love it, and I really appreciated the recommendation.
Unfortunately, the food let the experience down. The sweet potato and some of the other food were cold, which made it seem like it had been sitting under the heat lamps for too long. The food looked great, but it definitely didn't taste fresh by the time we received it.
The buzzer system was also painfully slow, meaning we waited much longer than expected. When our food was finally ready, the young lady wearing the black T-shirt with her dark hair tied in a bun was rude and unfriendly. She made us feel like serving customers was an inconvenience. Everyone can have a bad day, but a smile and basic customer service go a long way, and unfortunately, she made the whole experience disappointing.
The bar staff, on the other hand, deserve recognition. They were welcoming, helpful, and genuinely made us feel looked after. It's a shame the rest of the experience didn't match their level of service.
We mainly visited to see the lights after hearing so much about them, but they were very simple and underwhelming. The venue also okay and more cramped than it's advertised, and the layout wasn't well thought out. Even the toilets were awkwardly designed, with the female toilets mixed in with the male toilet area, which felt strange.
Overall, the atmosphere didn't live up to the hype, especially considering the prices. Between the cold food, the long wait, the disappointing layout, and the poor customer service from one staff member, we left feeling let down.
I won't be rushing back. There are plenty of other places serving fresh, hot food with friendlier service. I'd only return if I had absolutely no other choice.

Visited Vineyard Box Hill over the weekend and had a great time. The place was buzzing with a really good vibe, live music playing, and plenty of seating, so it never felt cramped even though it was busy.
The food was a real highlight. We ordered five different dishes and every single one of them tasted great. There was a good mix of flavours, everything came out fresh, and the quality was consistent across all the dishes. Portion sizes were good and definitely won’t leave you feeling hungry after the meal. Food service was also quick from the time we ordered, which made the experience even better.
The only small downside was the non-alcoholic drink, which came with almost a full glass of ice, leaving not much actual drink. If you’re visiting, definitely ask for less ice when ordering. Aside from that hiccup, it was a good experience overall.
