Bought lamb chops from them yesterday so I could cook for my girlfriend. I kept them in a fridge as soon as I got home. Next day the entire meat smelled foul and the meat was green, completely rotten. Wasted 20£ for lamb that’s unusable. (I cut to see what part wasn’t foul or unusable. Only had about 70g that was fine which is unbelievable).
Pleasantly surprised to see Wagyu range. Wagyu sirloin was to die for. Let me break down my experience.
What it tastes like
* Rich, beefy, and slightly sweet
* Intensely savory (“umami”)
* Buttery due to the high marbling
* Lingering, luxurious finish
Texture
* Soft and juicy
* Fine-grained
* Fat melts quickly when cooked, coating the palate
Best cooking , pan seared or over charcoal. Definitely served rare but not over medium rare. Soya sauce does compliment the Wagyu

Good butchers, Been using these guys for a while now. However, charging £6 for an average sausage roll is ridiculous. Considering the recently quality they’ve been producing it’s safe to say these are very overpriced - given this I feel they should definitely reconsider the price.

What a shame… until today we often bought from them. High quality meat. Unfortunately, after trying to order 2x and having the phone hung up on me (didn’t even wait for me to put the order in) I’m afraid we are not coming back.
Unfortunately the service has been a big let down after 5years of buying with them regularly. Sadly for them…
Luckily for us, north London has several great butchers and the online business is always good. I hope this can help them improve services for the next customers. Wishing all good luck 🤞

Whenever I need top notch meat this butcher is my first port of call! They have never failed to deliver high quality meat, poultry, game, cheese and much much more.
Many friends have become loyal customers of theirs after I have introduced them to this high quality butcher. Give them a go!
When I pop in for just one or two products I usually end up leaving with many more as what's on offer is sometime just too good to pass on.
The staff there are very friendly and I always have a good chat with the butcher on how to get the best out of whatever it is I am buying from them in terms of cooking their produce.
I would like to say a big thank you to the owner for setting this establishment up and the team that supports it. You guys are great. Please keep the great work up!
