The Hummus & Pita Co., is a Mediterranean restaurant that's good eating, nutritious, and delicious. Delicious vegan, vegetarian, and eats for all. Located in Auburn Hills, Michigan, inside the Great Lakes Crossing Outlet Mall, this restaurant is one of the best restaurants in the mall to eat in the food court, or for a quick bite after shopping. Lovely restaurant! The food is amazing! Delicious Mediterranean that includes vegan falafel, shawarma, hummus, and fresh quality ingredients down the food line. There were great sauces, too that includes a potent garlic sauce that may be much for some, but I loved it! All around delicious food! The service was good! Kind people that helped with the menu. Great experience for the family or individuals at the mall! Plenty of parking in the parking lot, wheelchair accessible, $10-$20 per person. Kid-friendly.

The food was fresh, and absolutely delicious. The hummus was creamy and had so much flavor, and the pita was warm. Everything tasted like it was made with quality ingredients. The portions were generous, the staff was friendly, and the service was quick. It’s a great spot to grab something tasty while shopping, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend giving them a try!

Definitely the hidden gem of the food court! Try the chicken shawarma bowl if you’re new to Mediterranean food. I highly recommend the sun dried tomatoe hummus flavor. The chicken was fantastic, perfectly seasoned, not spicy or soaked in garlic like you get at some other Mediterranean places. Staff was friendly and I got my food fast.

Best Hummus and Shawarma in the whole area. We have come here multiple times and it was always fresh. The taste is great and the crew incredibly friendly. This store is hiding so much that the name is not doing justice. Besides a large variety of Hummus and Pita you can have different meat options, vegan options. Sauces, salad, so much more. I highly recommend to give this place a try

Insanely good Mediterranean food, lots of cool choices, like beat salad, sautéed eggplants and cauliflower, very tasty pita, delicious meats, grilled onions! Amazing place. Sadly, the only other location is in Manhattan NYC. This should tell you something
