Grid Coffee at Enigma Square elevates its café identity through a collaboration with Khirwan’s Pizza, which is unquestionably the highlight of the visit. The sourdough pizza stands out as one of the better renditions locally—well-fermented with an excellent open crumb, pronounced blistering, and balanced charring. The base is soft yet impressively chewy, reflecting sound dough handling and high-temperature baking.
The salmon with sour cream was enjoyable and well-executed, though the overall experience could be further enhanced with more premium or generous toppings. The absence of simple condiments such as Tabasco was noticeable and would have complemented the pizza well.
On the beverage side, the peach tea topped with creamy foam did not resonate. A cleaner, fresher peach profile—without the added richness—would better suit the drink and align more closely with expectations for a refreshing tea.
