The burger I had was outstanding. I've eaten a LOT of burgers in my life, and this was definitely one of the best ones.
It's just a shame that the french fries completely ruined the experience. They were either soggy & raw inside, or burned on the outside. They're attempting thick fries, and it just doesn't land. Some people might be into it, but I was not.
The service was fine, no issues there. Nothing exceptional either.
We went at 11am on a Tuesday, so it was exceptionally quiet. Hard to judge the atmosphere based on my particular experience.
It was expensive by my standards. But so was everything else in Bend, so fair enough.
I'd return, but I wouldn't get fries. I'd sub them for something else.
Absolutely terrible. Will never make the mistake of wasting money here again. There are around 2 cups worth of soggy vegetables covering whatever was supposed to be the patty. This annihilated the bun to the extent that I could not pick the sandwich up one single time. When called, the snarky phone attendant blamed the to-go box for “condensation.” She asked me if I was “calling to yell at her over vegetables.” Nobody was yelling. I was just insisting the $30 meal was subpar, due to the lack of care in its formation and presentation. Combined with the childish handling of complaints, this disgusting mess of slop will never be in the running again for family night dinner out. The onion rings were pretty good. The sweet potato tots tasted straight out of the freezer and the dipping sauce was gross. Happy eating! 😃
We accidentally placed a pick up order for Our grandpa in Terrabonne at the bend location. Didn't notice our mistake until we arrived. The staff was excellent amd fixed the problem for us. Got us the order at the redmond location in great speed. Excellent above and beyond service. I appreciate them greatly. One happy 95 year old with his cheeseburger. Thanks again!
this is not the same excellent food as the Bend Burger company, or what they used to be. as the others reviews said there's something wrong with the Fries no flavor not fresh either overcooked something was not right, wilted, hard they were absolutely awful. they used to be good something has changed. Redmond Burger company needs to look at what's going on and what they're doing differently now, because it used to be excellent food and fries.
