Sushi Samba was an amazing experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with great flavors and beautiful presentation. The vibe of the place is incredible — there was a live DJ which made the atmosphere feel lively and fun without being overwhelming.
One of my favorite parts was the roof that opens up, which makes the whole space feel even more special and perfect for a night out. The drinks were delicious and creative, and the service was fantastic from start to finish.
Overall it’s a beautiful place with great energy, amazing food, and excellent service. Definitely a spot I’d come back to.

Beautiful restaurant with vibrant outdoor DJ atmosphere. Tiered seating very comfortable with nice people watching. Food was gorgeously plated and tasty, but their signature roll to finish the meal disappointed in flavor and texture.

We visited SUSHISAMBA Los Angeles on Friday, and I can honestly say this was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a very long time. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, every single detail was executed with care, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. This restaurant is the standard that other restaurants should strive for. The owners and managers of nearby restaurants should honestly stop by and see what excellence looks like in action.
Let’s start with the food. It was simply outstanding. I love trying as much of the menu as possible, so I ordered nearly everything that caught my attention. Not one dish disappointed. Not one. Every plate arrived beautifully presented, fresh, flavorful, and prepared with obvious attention to detail. Instead of recommending a specific item, my recommendation is simple: order whatever sounds good to you and don’t be afraid to try something new. Based on our experience, you really can’t go wrong.
The restaurant itself is stunning. The decor, atmosphere, and overall design create an experience that feels special the moment you walk in. What impressed me even more, however, was the people. Every employee we encountered was smiling and welcoming. From the security staff downstairs, to the hosts, bartenders, food runners, and servers, everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there. That kind of culture starts from great leadership.
I would especially like to recognize Daniela Delgado who is the Floor Manager and Edwin Hernandez who was also one if the Managers. Before we were even seated, I stopped Daniela to ask about the retractable roof, while stumbling to her. Even during a busy service, she took the time to answer my questions with a smile and made me feel like a valued guest. Those small moments matter, and they set the tone for the entire evening.
Our server, Aida, was absolutely phenomenal. She felt less like a server and more like a trusted friend guiding us through the menu. Whenever I asked her opinion, she confidently suggested something different and said, “Trust me.” Every single time, she was right. She helped make a great meal unforgettable. Raul and IGede were incredible as well, and together they worked as a team to make sure our table never needed a thing. The level of service we received felt like true VIP treatment.
Restaurants can have great food. Restaurants can have beautiful decor. What separates the truly exceptional ones is their people, and SUSHISAMBA has built something very special. Thank you to everyone who made our evening memorable. My brother and I will absolutely be back, and I have a feeling many of your guests feel exactly the same way. Wishing your entire team continued success, happiness, and many years of well-deserved growth. You have earned loyal customers in us.

It was our first time taking our little boy to the new SUSHISAMBA LA and it was a 10/10 experience. It can be a bit of a mission going out to eat with our energetic toddler, but the staff at SUSHISAMBA were all super attentive and helpful. They provided us with a high-chair which was wooden, sturdy and clean which we really appreciated. The food was all super tasty and perfectly seasoned. Definitely the best sushi we've had in LA. We can't wait to come back again and sample more dishes as there are tons more options on the menu we'd like to try! I 100% recommend a visit if you haven't already.
