Stiletto

Our group had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during the World Cup, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. As part of the tour organization team, I can't thank the staff enough. Hosting a group of more than 20 guests is no easy task, yet they handled every detail with professionalism, patience, and a smile. I especially appreciated their constant support. No request ever felt like too much. They were always responsive, accommodating, and ready to help, making it so much easier to coordinate our group. Every request was handled quickly, and we always knew our guests were in great hands. What stood out most was how genuinely they cared about our guests. They consistently went the extra mile to make sure everyone felt comfortable, welcomed, and well taken care of. Our guests had an amazing stay, and we couldn't have asked for better hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to every member of the team for your incredible dedication, professionalism, and genuine care. You played a huge role in making our experience unforgettable, and we are truly grateful for everything you did for our guests. If you're planning a group trip or hosting VIP guests, I highly recommend this hotel. You can book with complete confidence.

The Proper is on Fire! I have stayed a few times and it gets better and better. The staff are exceptional, there is a lot of them and everyone had the same excellent attitude, new gym is possibly one of the best hotel gyms I have experienced. Roof deck is busy but world class. Congrats to management - you are nailing this. We’ll be back

Writing My best friend and I recently visited, and we had a wonderful stay overall. The interior design was absolutely first-class — elegant, beautifully curated, and such a pleasure to experience. A special thank you to Brandon, who took such great care of us at the pool. His warm, attentive service truly made a difference and added such a personal touch to our stay. I’m always grateful for those wonderful people in hospitality who go above and beyond and make a stay truly memorable. Thank you, Brandon, for making our experience even more special! ✨

We had a wonderful stay here during our honeymoon! There was a wedding after-party at the hotel during our stay, so it was a little noisy until late at night. However, everything else about our experience was great. The hotel thoughtfully prepared a bottle of champagne in our room to celebrate our honeymoon, which was such a lovely surprise. Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and welcoming, and they made our stay feel very special. Despite the noise, we truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. We’ll definitely be back next time we visit LA!

We love The Proper Hotel. Welcoming, kind and warm staff. Especially a chap called Jeremy Leonard who looked after Me and my wife Mila and he was so friendly to our puppy. He brought her out a bed and treats. Made the visit such a pleasure for all of us. He’s a top professional and made our experience there the most enjoyable hotel experience we have had in LA. We wish more hotel staff were as thoughtful as him. Thank you.
