⭐ 1/5 — Apparently the water is self-service. So is getting any attention.
I came in, sat down and waited. And waited.
For about 15 minutes, nobody acknowledged me or brought a menu. During that time I helped myself to water — four times — because that appeared to be the only service available.
Eventually, a very unfriendly waitress brought me a menu. I then waited another 10 minutes for someone to take my order. Nothing. More self-service water, and eventually I gave up and left.
So, after roughly 25 minutes, I managed to receive a menu and several glasses of water that I served myself. I didn’t actually manage to order anything.
Looking at the other recent reviews, it seems my experience may not be an isolated one.
The prices looked good. The water was also excellent — particularly since I served it myself.
I hope Shaffa Bar has enough amazing and very patient customers, because with this attitude towards customers and this level of service, I certainly won’t be coming back.
Perhaps management could explain: is leaving customers sitting completely unattended for 15–25 minutes considered normal service here?
The servers are just rude and seem to be on their own schedule, we came in the morning with our baby. The place was basically empty and still it took them 15 minutes just to bring out the menu. As we watched them stare at their phones from the other side of the room.

We had a blast and the food was DELICIOUS. Me and my friend visited Shaffa Bar on a Monday night, they had live music from 9pm and they also have live music every Friday from 7pm.
Everything we ordered was so so good from the veggie with focaccia to the tahini , schnitzel was incredible!
Will definitely go back once i’ll visit Tel Aviv again.

I sat there for brunch with my friend on a Friday. As expected it was busy, and a little hot sitting outside, but it was shady. The food is very special and yummy and we really enjoyed it. The yugurthini especially is super special and good. We also had the pink sangria which was really good! I do believe will come back 😊

I read some reviews that talked about the Siniya so I decided to get it and I'm glad I did. It was delicious and very flavourful. I would highly recommend it. The chopped liver as a starter was delicious as well.
