One of the best restaurants in TLV! The fish are fresh and delicious. The food is sophisticated and tasty. Every meal is special and the flavors are just wow. The bartender was a bit of a jerk but the food made up for it.
The tasting manu was a real delight, we will definitely come back for more.
We went to Selas for my partner’s 35th bday. Since Japan is not open to travel yet, I had to bring it to him instead :)
Excellent in so many levels, especially food-wise. Nice and intimate atmosphere.
Try to sit on the bar, service was extraordinary! What are you waiting for?Book already!

I recently dined at Selas, known for its focus on fish and sushi. The ambiance was upscale and the menu had a variety of offerings, including some beef selections. While the experience was unique and the presentation impeccable, the flavors weren't quite to my personal taste. I can see the appeal for those who have a palate for such dishes, and I appreciate the chef's expertise in crafting the menu.

Raw fish lovers this is your place! Fresh and tasty fishes especially red tuna.
The story is that the chef is fishing his own products. This is a very unique concept!
The dishes looked fabulous and very artistic.
Also prices are not too expensive for a chef restaurant comparing to other Tel Aviv’s restaurants.
I recommend ordering the tasting meal where every dish is a surprise.
Great food! Great vibe! compliments to the chef!

Arrived for our anniversary. heard a lot about this restaurant. The cocktail was good the nigiri was good the salad was good. The sushi was awful and we ordered 4 of them. They marinate each fish in unknown sauce which destroyed all the good flavors of the fish. I couldn’t taste the salmon in the salmon roll we ordered and in the other ones. The tuna and the white fish we ordered in other rolls tasted really stranger. I was so disappointed because we paid over 600 shekels (tip included) and in a fine dining restaurant you would not have to disguise the taste of the fish unless it’s not fresh. I love fish I love sushi that’s why I went to sushi restaurant but what I got was not sushi. It was Marinated fish with artichoke cream and sweet potato cream on the side.
Waste of money and over rated😞
Ps. The waitress Noa was amazing and the atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant
