The best Arancini we tried in Catania, and other good stuff too. Big selection you can choose from. We went there twice because it that good. Service and Prices were good too. Recommend!!!

The baked goods are phenomenal. Some of the best Cannoli I personally have ever tried. The other treats are delicious. Including the fried goods and baked goods. The Arancini were also very good and the prices were not bad for the amount. The staff were very nice and the process to order and get your items was very quick and timely. 10/10 would recommend for anyone just passing by or visiting Catania!

We visited Savia today because of its excellent reputation, and the food certainly lived up to it. The arancini were delicious and clearly deserved the praise they receive. Unfortunately, the service completely overshadowed the quality of the food. Ordering was frustrating from the start. The cashier kept chatting with someone else while taking our order, seemed uninterested, and I had to repeat our order several times. Queuing to collect the food was perfectly fine and understandable. The real problem came afterwards. We noticed there were empty tables outside and, not knowing the system, tried to sit there with our food. An extremely angry waiter immediately started shouting “Non possibile!” at us. Rather than calmly explaining how the seating worked or helping us find a solution, he continued in a very aggressive manner. I understand now that table service works differently and that waiters rely on table service and tips, but as paying customers visiting for the first time, we had no way of knowing this. A simple explanation would have solved everything in seconds. Instead, we were left feeling unwelcome and embarrassed. The encounter became so confrontational that I genuinely felt uncomfortable.

You have to wait few minutes for a table but it was worth it. Canollo was very tasty, so was arancini - we tried classic one with meat (it was very big, one is enough for two), we good plenty of free food to try
