How’s this restaurant in the Michelin guide ? The hummus was pretty bland with a load of tahini more than the actual hummus.
The prime rib and lamb shoulder was very dry and so chewy to eat.
The eggs, baba ghanoush and pita was good.
Overall there is no way this restaurant can charge $50( minus tax/tips) for this food. It’s audacious.
Highly do not recommend.
Excellent dinner. I love middle eastern/Mediterranean cuisine and this was as good as it gets. The Brussels sprout hummus and the eggplant were my two favorite dishes. The cocktails were perfect and the service was top notch. I’d highly recommend as it was one of the better meals I’ve had in Denver.

My friend and I went to Safta for their Valentine’s Day buffet brunch, and it was outstanding. The spread featured a wide variety of Israeli dishes, and every dip we tried was packed with flavor.
The in-house pita was soft, warm, and incredibly satisfying. The focaccia was just as impressive. Honestly, all of their breads were exceptional.
Service matched the quality of the food. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, promptly clearing plates and keeping our water glasses filled.
Their Cortado coffee was smooth and well-balanced too.
Overall, it was absolutely worth it. I’d happily go back again.

This is a great experience for meeting new friends, clients, a date, or for a special occasion. The staff, from the hostess, to the order-taker, to the servers, to the manager, were exemplary. They checked on us often, gave suggestions, and were very attentive, even to the point of moderating the pace of dishes being served based upon our speed of dining. The attention to detail is something very few restaurants have now, and we appreciated it!
The menu is presented and the meal is ordered all at once. All items are presented "family-style" and intended to be shared. The portion sizes are slightly larger than Tapas portions. For two of us, we ordered a hummus, a two salatims, a small plate, and the harissa roasted half chicken and that was plenty, if not a little too much for us. The house-mad pita bread is phenomenal, and they do not let it go out on you if you have left over dips remaining. It is filling!
Maybe I had low expectations, but I was extremely impressed by the harissa chicken. The seasoning was great, but it was the tenderness, falvors within, and perfectly cooked meat that blew me away, leading me to believe it had to have been marinated overnight, and then slow roasted at a low temperature for hours. We also had the borekas and the baklava. They did a legitimate job with the crispy, flaky layers for the pastry. If grandma (Safta), didnt teach the chef herself, whoever did, did a great job.m!

Safta — A Gorgeous Space With Even Better Food
Safta is one of those places where the room itself pulls you in before the food even arrives. The open, airy space is gorgeous — bright, modern, and designed in a way that makes lunch feel like an experience, not just a meal.
The food was delicious, but the service was even better. Warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. It turned an already great lunch into one of the best I’ve had.
The lineup was perfect: the hummus, the whipped ricotta, the pita, the beet salad — every dish was fresh, vibrant, and incredibly satisfying. Nothing heavy, everything flavorful.
A beautiful space, standout service, and food that hits every note. Safta is an easy yes.
