Rosie'S Bar And Grill

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Courtyard Bar & Grill, and the experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and perfect for a relaxing meal with friends and family. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor, with a menu that offers something for everyone. What truly made the visit memorable, however, was the outstanding customer service. A special mention goes to Alida, who provided exceptional service throughout our visit. She was professional, attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about ensuring every guest had a great experience. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made us feel welcomed and valued from the moment we arrived. It's rare to find a restaurant that consistently delivers both great food and outstanding hospitality, but Courtyard Bar & Grill does exactly that. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience, and I look forward to returning again soon.

Food is fantastic!! Not the greatest atmosphere but food makes up for it. I would definitely recommend!! I went with 5 other people and everyone loved their meal. Food was visually appealing and very hot which is a bonus. Large portions. Good value for the money. The menu is large and has a nice and varied selection. Easy free parking in lot.

Food was good. Some of the meals wearnt great but it was still fine. The waitress was nice though. She liked Argentina which is kindof annoying but it's fine. Thanks for the food and being a good restaurant. (Food took 1hr)

As frequent customers of the Grimsby location, we thought we’d visit this location while in St.Catharines. Huge disappointment. Hubby ordered the turkey sandwich and was down ill all night. I had the Nachos and have honestly can’t understand who decided to put Italian marinara sauce on Mexican nachos? What were they thinking ? The sauce must have been quite wet and my Nachos were completely soggy! Idk what was worse , the Italian sauce or the wet water logged Nachos. Honestly the worst Nachos I have EVER had, couldn’t choke them down. We complained to the waitress when she came by both about the bad taste and the soggy chips , all we got was “oh sorry” . Horrible customer service . Having spent the majority of my life in restaurant and hospitality, I’m very disgusted by the response and will NEVER EVER RETURN. “A happy customer tells a friend; an unhappy customer tells everyone.”
