A Mala Tang specialty restaurant located about a 5-minute walk from Umeda Station 🍜
A popular restaurant in Umeda that recently celebrated its 1st anniversary!
I've wanted to go to this restaurant since it opened, but the lines were so long back then that I couldn't go until now.
I finally got to eat there! 😋
Instead of a system where you put your desired amount of ingredients into a bowl and the price changes by weight at checkout, you receive an order form upon entering, where you check the ingredients you want to order!
Personally, I tend to find that dishes sold by weight tend to be more expensive,
so I appreciate the order system as it makes it easier to adjust the price✨
This time, I chose dangmyeon (thick glass noodles) for the noodles and the standard toppings, but I was curious about the duck blood.
When I tried it, it looked like offal, but since it's a processed food, it had almost no taste, and I enjoyed the texture🤤
The soup is a special homemade soup without MSG,
and you can choose the spiciness level from 0 to 5.
This time I chose level 1 (mild), but even I, who am not very good with spicy food, could handle it, so I think even those who are not good with spicy food could handle level 2🔥
The restaurant has counter seats and table seats, and you pay when you leave and even get a candy🍬
I thought it might be crowded during lunchtime, so I went a little after 11am, and although there were already customers, I was able to get in easily, so I recommend going a little later🙆
