Raising Cane's

The chicken is great, but the Cane’s Sauce is a literal core memory. Pro tip: swap the coleslaw for an extra piece of Texas toast, dip it in the sauce, and thank me later. Short menu, massive flavor!

If you’ve ever read my reviews you would know Raising Canes is my favorite. Stopped by and got a combo today. Everything was good, as usually but the chicken did takes a little greasy. Also the lemonade was off and actually did not taste good. I got a large lemonade, no ice and it was weak and watered down. I crave the Lemonades and I was disappointed, this is the first time I ever had Canes and it was not great.

Great food. Excellent customer service. Happy and helpful staff. The kids love this place and so do I. An excellent family meal, you did it again, Raising Cane’s. Thank you!

After finishing two canes box combos with my lady, decided to double back for each a Texas toast each, two in total and a canes sauce. When we arrived to the window, they kept intending that it was 3 Texas toast that they heard being ordered but repeated myself over 3 times saying two Texas toasts. They kept saying 3? So even though I repeatedly asked for two and let them know that I felt like I was shouting.. after about 5 times, they said 3 again so I finally just said SURE thinking I’ll just let them know at the window to correct it. Agreed with 3 Texas toasts then they moved us forward from the ordering menu to the drive through window saying my total was $5.30 for 3 Texas toasts and one canes sauce. I updated at the window, hey I actually just want two Texas toast.. the girl who was at the drive through window said okay and shut the window. Pressed few buttons on the screen, then opened the window and said the same total of $5.30 which I then asked for confirmation, Thats for two Texas toast? They looked at the screen and said yeah, i said okay and paid for it. Then thought about it, while they corrected the order in the bag and when handed to me, I asked for my reciept as I did not get one. My cashier at the window’s name was Alicia on the original receipt, which I didn’t get back when I came back to speak to a manager realizing I got charged for 3 Texas toasts even after communicating to correct the order at the drive through window for two and asking confirmation before paying. Now, when I came back to the drive through and asked to speak to manager, without even speaking to the manager.. Devon, the manager name printed on my new receipt didn’t even ask my concern just came out and said my money will return in a few days to the same card handing me two different receipts. One showing the correction of two Texas toast paid for and the other showing one Texas toast being void. Even though I didn’t ask for my money back, I would have rather got the 3rd piece of toast it being already paid for instead i got those receipts without saying a word to the manager about my concern. Made a comment to Devon saying i don’t like that when I asked for two at the window, I was still charged for 3 regardless of asking for confirmation before paying and said that is bad customer service. She said sorry, not slightly concerned with my experience and gave no reassurance that it is was a mistake. With all that being said, on those two final receipts it said Kimberly for the employee so I don’t know if it’s Kimberly or Alicia.. however, knowing I asked for confirmation of $5.30 being the total for 2 Texas toast and a cane sauce and being told yes when it was not. Leads me to believe that when I was given the order and not the receipt that it was intentional. Just to add, thought it was pretty rude to just hand me a reciept saying my money will return without even asking for my money back or my concern, bad assumption. Horrible customer service. Did not feel valued.

First-time coming here. Whoa. Big long line at the drive thru section. Food is good. The Service is awesome. Will come here again.
