As an airline pilot constantly traveling the world…..the food and service were okay overall, service could be better. A decent option for convenience, though it didn’t stand out compared to other places in Tel Aviv.
Really stand out experience for dinner in Tel Aviv. The hanger steak skewers are insane I am still thinking about them. Great wine selection too

I've never seen such a disgrace. My gold necklace was stolen from my room. They looked after me at the reception. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Huge,huge,huge potential. Went to dinner 2 times, breakfast maybe 10 times and also stayed 2 nights. It’s great to see high end standards in Tel-Aviv. We travel a lot staying usually at Six Senses, Mandarin Oriental or similar level hotels and have been missing something similar in our home town Tel Aviv. The property is magnificent, you can’t see how beautiful it is from the street but once you walk inside it’s truly amazing, need to see it to understand. The rooms are very comfortable and luxurious, clean, spacious and with attention to detail. Service overall is great but could be more consistent, with some of the staff not being on the same standards as others. Rooftop has a very small pool but with truly incredible tranquility and uniqueness, tasteful and high end - Wish it was bigger, 4-6 people and it already feels crowded though, would make more sense for this to be a penthouse suite private pool. Food is unique and very high quality. Drink selection, excellent. My concern is that with time this place would be come more “popularized”, dropping standards, pricing and quality - But if instead more training and tighter standards will be introduced this could be one of the best places to stay in the middle east. As a final note I believe a more personalized service/follow up/retention process should be introduced if you have clients that came as paying guests 10++ not sparing any expenses. R48 is a very special place, the house of whoever decides to go and stay. I have had the pleasure of spending 2 days at the hotel, and I have literally felt at home. The design of the hotel is spectacular, every detail is unique. But above all the staff is wonderful. And of course, the gastronomic proposal is exquisite.
Without a doubt my favorite place in Tel Aviv. Hopefully I'll be back soon, thanks for an amazing few days.
