We tried:
* SUPPLIAL TELEFONO-super crispy outside with that insane cheesy pull
* CHICKEN CROQUETTE - really rich, loaded with chicken, especially good with the sauce
* GIARDINIERA - my absolute fave, honestly could eat the whole thing myself
* BROCCOLINI - best appetizer for a veggie lover like me. Love the crunchy grilled veggies
* RAGU - really deep, comforting flavor, so good
* 4 CULTURE DIAVOLA - complex flavors,spicy kick, super bold and layered flavors. Tastes like something you'd get at a Michelin level restaurant.
We also had both desserts, loved them, and the coffee was great.
I really appreciated that they offer non alcoholic wine and beer! I had the NA sparkling wine and it was good!
Service was super friendly too. Can't wait to come back!
My photo of the Hailey Pizza here isn’t gonna do it justice, but if you are an adventurous foodie - go for it. I haven’t tried a pizza that ever tasted or felt (texture) like this one. It’s refreshing and umami and crunchy and light and creamy all somehow at the same time? The balance is great.
I also tried the cheese pull thing, get one and share it’s pretty big imo.
I also got the Diavlo pizza but it didn’t quite hit my expectations on flavor, it was almost too sweet for me I would have like sausage on it or something for that savory meaty bite. Although the crisp and crunch on that pizza is also unlike any other texture I’ve had. The crust is worth trying it for.
We did sit outside and one feedback I’d have is I didn’t appreciate the servers when they went out on the sidewalk and poured our waters etc from there because it always caught me off guard cuz it felt like someone coming behind me off the street tending to our table (maybe cuz my back was to them) but for a finer service at this caliber I’d prefer they stay on the inside of the tables to stay within the perimeter of the restaurant. That would feel a more polished experience for the diner. Thanks for considering!

Amazing pizza combinations and crust. Not every one was a hit, our least favorite was the patate which was a surprise to me as I usually love a white pizza.
Patate tasted like a sour cream potato chip pizza, not bad but just didn't compare to everything else.
My faves were the sei margherita, 4 culture diavola, ragu. Wife's favorite was diavola for the super thin crust, I thought the gochujang was too sweet but loved everything else on it. Ragu was like eating a good pasta in a pizza form.
Sei margherita just had such a delicate lightness and the only pizza I would want to eat more then one slice of.
Others loved the fried and baked mala garden but it was too fried and crispy for me, the flavor was fine.
Corn croquettes were bursting with flavor, reminded me of the corn potage turtle chip!
Only thing we didn't enjoy was the tiramisu parfait, the flavor just wasn't good overall, didn't enjoy the ice cream nor the mascarpone cream nor coffee soaked cake.

Disappointed and unsatisfied. Confused why people like this place.
My family and I had been looking forward to this opening for months, especially after seeing so much PR around it being named one of the best pizzas in the country. We came in with high expectations and a lot of excitement.
We ordered the Margherita Sei and the Ragu.
The Margherita Sei was juicy but lacks flavor. All we can taste is the wheat dough. We couldn’t taste much of the tomato or mozzarella, so this was pretty disappointing.
The Ragu was described to us as one of the more complex pizzas, but unfortunately it tasted overwhelmingly salty and heavy. We were expecting layered flavors and depth, but it mostly came across as salty without much balance. And with this one, we can’t taste anything else but the heavy flavors of the meat.
For $27–$30 per pizza, the overall quality and flavor fell far short of what we expected and didn’t feel worth the price.
We also ordered both parfaits. The yuzu one was definitely better, but both were still much too sweet for our taste, especially by Asian dessert standards. They felt heavy on the palate rather than refreshing.
Then the service made the experience worse. When our waiter asked what we thought of the Ragu, my family politely said it was good but a little heavy for our preference. He replied, “Whatever.” Instead of asking follow-up questions or taking the feedback, it came across as defensive and dismissive.
W really wanted to love this place, but the food and service did not live up to the hype or the price point.

Excellent new location, same quality as original location. Really enjoyed the Mala Garden lamb, ragu, and tuna pizzas.
