The server we had was absolutely excellent at her job. Solicitous without being pushy about anything. We arrived just before the dinner hour, apparently the tables get all reserved up. So, the counter it was. We enjoyed our peach pizza but I would not call it filling based on the thinness of its crust. It was delicious but barely thick enough to hold in your hand. Enjoyed my frose, though it was smallish. The dessert was excellent and the two scoops was a great portion to share.
By far the best diavola pizza I’ve had. Great service as well. I sat at the pizza bar, so I was able to watch the whole process and see the level of detail they put into every pizza. The preparation was exquisite and you can really tell they care about quality. Definitely a spot I’d come back to.

July 2026:
Came here for a team dinner and had a very enjoyable time.
Service was very attentive. We had fourteen people and was served appetizers, pizzas 🍕 and dessert from a limited menu. Overall, food was tasty. Highlights include the pizza.
Drink selection was good. The beer selection was only in cans.
One minor complaint was that they cobbled together a few tables including a round table in the middle of square and/or rectangular tables. It made for an uncomfortable seating area for a few of us at the end. Maybe the take away is the restaurant has a hard time accommodating a party of this size.

I love this place. I saw a complaint about char on the crust. Show me a person who complains about char on a Neapolitan pizza, and I’ll show you someone who doesn’t like joy. I asked and they confirmed they’d do pizzas “well done” or extra charred. I’d actually prefer that. Regardless, these pizzas were excellent. The cocktails were also fantastic, and the house wine is just what I wanted (100% Sangiovese). A carafe of house wine in Italy (sfuso) is heaven…this is the first place I’ve found in the states that has a house Italian wine on tap. I’ll be back…a lot.

Stopped in here while driving through Boulder. Sat outside. Seems fairly busy inside. Pizza looked better than it tasted honestly but crust was good. Had interesting cocktail.
