Of course, I’m so lucky because I got the chance to talk with the one and only Chief, Steve Ma. His dedication is the reason why there’s a Hk Ma’s Bistro here in the Philippines, and he is also part of the World Kitchens with renowned international chefs in one place. Amazing Right! 👏🏼👏🏼

Good concept with different cuisines inspired by different places, which makes the dining experience more interesting and unique. The food is well prepared and there are plenty of options to choose from. It can be a bit pricey, but the quality, atmosphere, and overall experience make it worth it. The place also feels classy and well designed, making it nice for both casual dining and special occasions. Definitely a place I would recommend.

We went in, the atmosphere was great, loved it. The staff were nice. The menu was online, you order by qr code. Music was topnotch. The singer, whoever she was, had a really good voice. my companion ordered ceasar salad for 400, i was a bit disappointed. It felt like it had very little content for the price. I wasn't able to get a picture. I ordered truffle xiaolongbao, which was the best food we ordered in all. It was okay. I was just surprised they gave me soy sauce instead of black vinegar. the xiaolongbao was i think a 3.5 to 4 out of 5 in rating. I also ordered the tsukemen. I am not an expert of japanese cuisine, but it felt like the dipping sauce was just plain gravy, not the umami, rich, flavorful, thick broth that made me initially fall in love with this japanese dish. (My first taste of my first love for this was from mendokoro ramen). I was waiting for the flavor explosion, but it disappointed me. It also saddened me that it was 500 pesos. Sorry but on this, my subjective opinion is a 1 out of 5. Will i recommend? Probably other dishes, though it remains to be seen (or tasted). But not the ceasar salad, and especially not the tsukemen.

A nice, spacious restaurant with a modern ordering system. You place your order through an app (no free WiFi available), and while it takes a little time to get used to, it’s worth the effort. We ordered ramen (VG), halo-halo (big and generously topped with leche flan and ube ice cream), and a burger with rice good for two — masarap daw! The food was great overall. Service was good, efficient, and friendly. It’s a nice place, though maybe located in the wrong mall as there weren’t many diners. Even the Chinese New Year lion dancers seemed a bit “bored” — hardly anyone was watching, and they left after a short, quiet performance. I walked around to check the restaurants inside but there were just counters, no kitchen staff, no food displays, — everything is done through the app. On our way out, we they gave us two boxes of tikoy. Overall, it was a good experience.
