We had a fantastic experience at Hell's Kitchen. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff were friendly, attentive, and took the time to explain the menu and answer all of our questions, making us feel very welcome.
We ordered almost all of the signature main dishes, and every single one exceeded our expectations. The Beef Wellington, steak, chicken, scallops, Caesar salad, mac and cheese, and desserts were all absolutely delicious. Everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor.
We did have one small issue with a pizza from the kids' menu, as it was a little too spicy. However, the staff immediately replaced it without hesitation, and the new pizza was excellent. We really appreciated how quickly and professionally they handled it.
The only downside was the price. It was quite expensive, although that's somewhat expected in London, where dining costs are generally high. While we really enjoyed the food and service, I personally wouldn't visit the London location again because of the prices. That said, I would absolutely try Hell's Kitchen at another location in the future, as the quality of the food and the overall experience were excellent.
Anyone who could mark this place down on stars is completely entitled in my honest opinion. You pay for the experience and the brand as a whole really, but in no area did it let us down. We had multiple levels of service here, from checking in to having an early drink at the bar, to the entire dinner service was exceptional. One of the servers (we’re so sorry we didn’t take her name but she was the beautiful lady from New Zealand) , and Baylan? The new memeber of staff, and our waitress Renata provided us the most attentive and friendly service. For such a new restaurant the atmosphere was great and the whole brigade seemed so in sync and proud of where they were and who they were there to represent. The beef wellington was an absolute staple dish. The nicest main course I have ever eaten. The wine recommendations were excellent. Every course was perfectly cooked and seasoned and each again exceeding our expectations. We are avid fans of the show and everything that we had at our table blew away everything we expected from seeing on the show. We travelled from Bristol for this experience and would absolutely return!! Thank you so much to everyone involved for making our experience so special ❤️
Absolutely unreal food, the staff were exceptional and the whole experience was all round amazing! Highly recommend and would definitely return. Our waiter Berhan went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time.
i feel a bit disappointed with the concept of the interior. too many pictures of the guy every where.
Food was good but not great. beef wellington was good , not wow. But you got saved by amazing toffee pudding.
And during our lunch , there was this seafood smell blowing in from time to time. slightly off-putting.
Service was amazing though.
Everything was absolutely on point—the atmosphere, the service, and the food.
The tuna tartare was exceptional: perfect texture, incredible flavour, and just the right amount of spice. The scallops were beautifully cooked, and it's easy to see why the Beef Wellington is such a popular choice—absolutely mouthwatering. The lobster risotto was rich, comforting, and simply delicious.
What truly made our experience memorable, however, was Berhan. From the moment we sat down to the final farewell, he looked after us with genuine warmth and professionalism. Attentive without ever being intrusive, he made us feel welcome and cared for throughout the entire evening.
A wonderful dining experience that we would happily recommend.
