Wonderful experience! The restaurant is beautifully designed and creates a warm, elegant atmosphere. The tasting menu was thoughtfully adapted to our dietary restrictions and turned out to be both surprising and delicious - a culinary journey inspired by flavors from different countries. Every dish was beautifully presented, and even the choice of plates added to the overall experience.
The wine selection by the glass was excellent and thoughtfully curated, pairing beautifully with the dishes and allowing us to enjoy a variety of outstanding wines throughout the meal.

We were a party of four and had the summer tasting menu. Each dish represents a city (Paris, Berlin, etc.) from Gal's culinary journey and reflects his Middle Eastern influences. The food was brilliant, unique, and easily worthy of a Michelin star.

Yesterday my husband and I had an unforgettable, truly magical evening at Parzival. It was much more than just a dinner it felt like a journey into a world of aesthetics, refined taste, and beautiful emotions. The atmosphere was filled with romance, love, and a special energy, where every detail created a sense of elegance, comfort, and luxury.
The cuisine is pure art. Each dish is a masterpiece: perfectly balanced flavors, flawless presentation, unexpected combinations, and true gastronomic magic. This is the kind of place where you don’t just eat you experience every moment and savor every sensation.

This is a Michelin star in the making. Truly one of the top dinners I've ever had in Prague. Innovative tastes and textures, each course surpassing the previous one, Middle East theme tying the menu together. The service was fantastic, the chef came to welcome us at the table and the classic wine pairing is absolutely outstanding, I will try to buy some of the bottles home. Better than some Michelin star restaurants in CZ!
