Perfect stay. The best view. The best service. There are delightful surprises everwhere. Get a Sea View Room. Lounge by the pool or on their various garden terraces. Rosellini's was the best dinner of the whole Amalfi Coast trip. Don't skip the beach club. It's very worth the excursion.

The place is very nice. After visiting the hotel, we requested if we could benefit from the pool after having lunch at the restaurant of the hotel. We were said yes. We had a decent lunch and after this break decided to enjoy the pool. We were refused the access because the staff made a mistake and should t have offered us this option. What a disappointment! We would have never have lunch there without this option. The food is correct but not good enough to worth spending time there without being able to enjoy the pool. We reported this incident to the manager who claims that her staff knows the rules and should n t have offered this option.. 5 star hôtels are meant to be elegant, prestigious and trust worthy. This is not what we have experienced at the hôtel today

The service and location were excellent, but the only downside was that the shampoo,conditioner and shower gel in the room were reused, easily leaving water stains from the previous guest. I even tried to pour out the conditioner and it all came out watery, just like the previous guest's—a bit disgusting. This hotel is quite expensive, and I don't think they should cut corners on such small details. Many upscale hotels I've stayed in use pump dispensers or disposable. I hope the hotel management will improve on this.

Very beautiful location and the view is exceptional. Maria at the reception was very kind and helpful. However, the room is very average (no amenities at all.. and very small bathroom). The service is average at best, and the non Michelin restaurant is a huge disappointment for guests of the hotel (no view, average food, and zero atmosphere). The breakfast is also very average. Generally, not worth it really to stay there. Very far from a 5 star / palace experience.

The location and the setting of the Avino was beautiful, however, the service was between ok and mediocre. As bad as that sounds, the room was comparable to that of a Holiday Inn from 20 years ago. There was minimal closet space and the bathroom was worse than any average Holiday Inn. The daily room cost was 3200 Euros per night. It was offensive! Please take a look at my photos.
