Amazing meal, one of our best ever in Vegas. We got the pork belly buns, shishito peppers, and kanpachi crudo to start and it was fantastic. Finished it off with the iberico pork and mushroom ramen with a side of Brussel sprouts. The pork and Brussel flavors with the pineapple sauce and vinaigrette pair so well. Highly recommend stopping in here if you can. Service was also fantastic, always had our waiter checking in on us. 5/5 across the board.
Momofuku was a decent meal during our trip to Las Vegas. We started with the spicy cucumbers, which were refreshing with just the right amount of heat, and the mushroom ramen was the highlight of the meal. It’s a unique bowl with deep, rich flavours that stands out from your typical ramen.
The only downside is the price. At around $30 USD for a bowl of ramen, it’s hard not to compare it to Vancouver, where you can get an equally satisfying bowl for about half the price. That said, the quality and experience were still enjoyable, and I’d recommend giving the mushroom ramen a try if you’re visiting.

4.5 out of 5 starts
Got a reservation the night before for a table of 5, via open table online.
The vibe is busy, bustling, as expected of the strip. We were seated right away. The staff is nice and attentive (for a busy place).
I gave it a 4.5 because the portions of the starters are quite small. We were kinda worried at first cuz we got the korean wings and the hamachi crudo and when they came, the wings only came with 4 small pieces and the hamachi crudo was fairly small size as well.
For our main dish, we did the family style Bo Ssam and thank god it was a good amount of food. A group of 5 couldn't finish a whole shoulder so there were a couple portions left. The Bo Ssam came with a side of rice, Bo ssam sauces x2, and kimchi. The sides were small so we needed to order extras of the rice and kimchi.
The Bo ssam itself was such a good meal. It was fall off the bone tender and the braising sauce tasted immaculate. I highly recommend this dish for a group of 4-6 people.

We thoroughly enjoyed the food at Momofuku. While there are limited choices for vegetarians on the main menu, the plant-based items they do offer are completely outstanding. The ginger scallion noodles were absolutely awesome, packed with bright, savory flavor, and the mushroom buns were excellent with a perfect texture. The chili crunch was excellent! I highly recommend ordering both of these entrees if you are dining vegetarian here!

Delicious Food! We got the Spicy Miso, Pork Belly Buns, Tuna, and a Salad! All were super delicious! The Tuna came with a crunch and the Miso was spicy but delicious, the Pork Belly Buns was a MUST GET! The location great as it is in the Stip inside The Cospolitian. Look at the signs in front of escalators if your lost, should be on the same floor as the buffet! The Salad was great, very delicious. Saldy, it was very expensive, compared to other places, this restaurant is very expensive! We really enjoyed this place and the atmosphere was great too. It was dark, but besides that, it was great!
