Yes. We need brewery spots w open space and laid back vibe near the restaurants we love (Artie’s, Perla, etc).
Good selection, easy to get beer, and nice seating. Wish they had more Belgian style ales but everyone can be a critic and have their wishlist.
I hope they do well. If they do too well, I hope the investment is made in more seating, speed of service, etc. if there’s a truffle pommel frites machine there, it will clean house. In the meantime appreciate the BYOF policy
Pallet us such a cool addition to Maplewood NJ! I don't even drink but have been able to enjoy everything this space has to offer. They have non-alcoholic items, trivia nights, a board game selection that's great for my kids and it's an amazing event space to host birthdays, milestones, gatherings and other fun meetups. So lucky that it's in our town!!!
We love new breweries and decided to take a ride to Pallet,so glad we did! Vibes are on point, beers are super tasty and staff is friendly with great suggestions. I love the concept with the colors and the taproom music was superb! We will def recommend to friends and we will be back!
Welcome to the world Pallet Brewing! Yeah, I know we're a little late to the party, but we finally got the chance to visit this new Maplewood brewery! The small brewery has some mighty big flavors coming from its 16 taps. My favorite pour was the super pretty "Dusk" fruited sour with loads of blackberry and lemon zest.
Just a heads up! Parking is super limited so we suggest carpooling if you can.
So excited to have Pallet Brewing in Maplewood! I’m not a huge beer drinker, so I really appreciate that their menu has something for everyone — from hard seltzers to fruity sour beers that are perfect for people who want something else.
The space is super family-friendly, which is such a bonus. We felt comfortable bringing our toddler along, and it made for a welcoming atmosphere. You can tell they’ve put thought into making it a spot where everyone can hang out and have a good time.
One of my favorite things about Pallet Brewing is how it feels like part of a bigger picture in town — it’s clear all the local businesses in the immediate area are working together and supporting one another. That community spirit really comes through, and it makes spending time (and money!) here feel even better.
