First off, I pressed ‘no tip’ on the register and then signed. It pulled out a 20% tip anyway. I firmly do not tip for just taking my order. Chefs should be paid by the company.
The cost was $30 for just a sandwich, no drink, no side. I received a small sandwich that was more bread than pastrami. It had too much mustard on it which over powered it making it essentially a mustard sandwich. If the pastrami was good, I will never know because Im not coming back.

Weird experience here 6/26/26 ~5pm. Just wanted to try the pastrami and brisket and asked employee about by the pound ordering and what the minimum qty is, they said they weren't sure and after looking around the POS, they said 1lb, I OKd it and paid and then waited.
After 15m of waiting, same employee asks me if I wanted it sliced or whole, and I said sliced because I wanted to try it on the spot.
After another 20m of waiting, they give me my order. I opened both containers on the spot. Pastrami was sliced about 1/4" or so and initially seemed undercooked based on trying to pull apart a slice of flat with 2 forks but was reasonably tender once chewed.
The brisket was not presented in the same way as the pastrami. Instead, it was machine sliced super thin as if for a deli sandwich, then sliced it into small squares as if cutting meat for stir frying - maybe they griddle this for their sandwiches?
The brisket was under seasoned and tough to chew despite the thin cut. Also, the heat of the meat sitting in the container had melted and deformed the lid significantly which was concerning for microplastics.
Not sure what happened here but it seems like there's a lack of training, documentation, process in how to handle this option that's on their menu.
When I finally got home, I weighed the brisket and it came in at 380g which is far shy of the 454g in 1 lb considering the 1 square I ate. Given the $38/lb cost of brisket and pastrami, I expected a better product and competent service, this was neither.

This was closer to a Montreal bagel in my mind but the in season tomatoes and whatever olive oil they are using, Jesus. One of the better bites I’ve had in a long while and nothing complicated about it. Nothing in this market is cheap but we ordered a second bagel after tasting the first one.
