An Asian restaurant located in the Big Fashion Ashdod mall, part of the Kampai Street Wok chain, known for its wok dishes, Asian cuisine, and hamburgers.
I was very disappointed with my experience. I ordered the kids’ noodles and chicken meal, and it came with no sauce, making the noodles and chicken extremely dry and disgusting. We also waited about an hour for our food because the waiter never called our name, even though our order had been ready the entire time. She called the names of multiple customers who ordered after us but somehow skipped ours. When I asked about our order, she was very rude and claimed that she had texted us, even though I never provided a phone number when placing the order, so there was no way she could have texted me. Between the poor service and the disappointing food, I would not recommend this place.
Kampai USED to be my favorite restaurant till today. I had a traumatizing experience. I went to the restroom to wash my hands before the meal. A cook came out of the toilet and went straight to the door. I asked him whether he was going to wash his hands, he just looked at me scornfully and went straight to the bar TO MAKE SUSHI WITH HIS UNWASHED HANDS…

First time trying wok and noodles in Israel. Everything was really tasty. You can choose what they add to your main dish, the place is vegan friendly. Also we waited less than 10 minutes to get our food. It's a pity there aren't more restaurants of this chain.

The food was really good and probably the best I've tried in Israel. The food took a while though and the bathrooms were really dirty.

Not tasty and very expensive compared to similar restaurants in the area.
The tuna fish we received were not fresh.
I should note that when we told the restaurant we received a refund for the dishes with the non-fresh tuna.
But, we still paid a high price and we were not satisfied at all, we stopped in the middle of the meal and threw away what was left because we started having stomachaches (we thought it was because of the rice because it also had a strange taste that was unlike any sushi rice we ate elsewhere).
Also, we were told that the kitchen manager would contact us to hear the review and give us compensation, but no one called.
