My wife and i and 2 grandbabies enjoyed a "build a bucket chicken meal" delivery. 8 piece crispy drum and crispy thigh with 4 biscuits, 1 serving of: mash & gravy, coleslaw, mac & cheese and secret recipe fries. I took a star off 'cause the thighs weren't thighs. The chicken was fried to perfection and all the sides were tasty. If only the white meat pieces had been thighs.
Came here for a chicken sandwich and some sauces. I like how the sandwich has a bit of a crunch to it and tastes great with the different sauces that I paired it with. I had an offer for a free chicken sandwich btw. It's been a while since my last visit at this location. Late review. I'll be back!
It’s a pretty solid location:
Staff is pretty quick, courteous, and friendly. The area surrounding it has never been the best part of town, but it doesn’t look like it so much anymore.
The subdue is modern and in great condition with signage and swag.
They have the quick self order stations and self serve drinks .
The food is excellent and executed to the company vision instead of sloppy hate fueled fast food
Lele was extremely rude during my visit. When it came time to pay, she intentionally held the payment processor in a position that made it difficult for me to reach, even though she easily could have lifted or extended it slightly. I was already leaning and reaching out of my vehicle as far as I reasonably could.
When I mentioned it, instead of helping, she told me to “move closer” in a rude and dismissive way. The interaction honestly felt intentional and spiteful over a very small mistake when I slightly pulled away from the window. Basic courtesy and customer service would have gone a long way here.
I stopped by this store around 6 today. The drive thru worker mentioned that the pot pies would take 20mins. So I told her I would be back. Yes I was craving one so hard. After 20 mins I went back. The drive thru worker took my order and I also asked if I could just two biscuits as a courtesy after all I went through going back up there to get my pot pie. She straight up told me no I can’t give you two biscuits. I asked for the manager. She told me she was a supervisor as was not gonna honor giving me two biscuits. So I asked her name she told me Lily? She didn’t even have on a name badge. Red flag unprofessional. I did report her to corporate and people like this working for these places need to not work. If I were in an upscale KFC they would have given them to me at no problem and offered. It has happened. I hope this KFC shut down. She had a very nasty attitude. Btw my sprite was carbonated water. Talking about excellent service, NOT!
