I had a beautifully crafted Korean course meal at Jogakbo inside the Andaz hotel. Each dish was a refined interpretation of traditional flavors. From the delicate seasonal dishes to the perfectly grilled hanwoo beef ribs, every course was thoughtfully plated and full of depth. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the progression of the meal felt well-balanced and luxurious.
However, the service didn’t quite match the quality of the food. Staff felt somewhat inattentive and slow to respond, which took away from the otherwise elegant dining atmosphere. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected a more seamless and polished service experience. Still, if you’re visiting for the food, Jogakbo delivers on taste and presentation.
They revamped the dinner menu. Not sure what it was like before, but the five entree a la carte dishes that our group had was excellent. Having grown up in Korea, I tend to be skeptical of the high-end Korean restaurants inside western hotel chains, but this one exceeded all expectations. We had the sushi (hwe), the samgyetang, the marinated freshwater eel, kimchi pork belly jjim, and the mushroom tteokgalbi. The jjim and samgyetang worth ordering again. The hwe was excellent also. They are running a number of excellent deals and you could tell - the place was packed on a weekday evening. Hope they keep it up.

Jogakbo's Bubble & Bites give perfect afternoon unwind with free flow wine with excellent mediterranean dishes.
Professional and attentive staffs are very relaxing compared with the Grand Hyatt's formal black attires.

The steak restaurant here is amazing! The steak and lamb chops are great. Also the mashed potato and asparagus sides are really good. There is a nice ambiance and the staff are very friendly. Also you get a discount in the week here if you are staying in the hotel.
I just knew it from laat year. The restarant by Andaz, they do so well Seafood. I had really great exprience by Andaz Bali. so, That make me try some dinner at Andaz seoul.
