Every course prepared was expertly crafted and paired, beautifully presented, and truly a treat to enjoy. The planning of our event was equally special — the ilixr team worked with us to create a special celebration for our father that that was built around wines he wanted to enjoy. The menu was completely tailored to his selections and when everything came to fruition, it was like magic. Additionally, everyone at ilixr is as kind as they are talented and professional. We had a fantastic experience with Chef Simon and his team. We had never had a private chef at our home and really didn't know exactly what to expect. When Simon and his team arrived, we kept asking how we could help them. Their response every time was to tell us that all we had to do was enjoy the evening; that they were here to take care of us, not the other way around. Boy, did they deliver on that sentiment! The food was exquisite. Beautiful to look at and even better to enjoy. Each course exceeded our expectations. And the service was just perfect. Simon and his team were seemingly everywhere, attending to every need, without ever being in the way. They were warm and approachable, complementing the atmosphere we were trying to create. Their cleanup and smooth exit made it so easy for us to enjoy the rest of the evening with our friends. All in all, our experience with Ilixr was exceptional, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone interested in experiencing a 5-star dining experience in the comfort of their own home.

Simon and his team at Ilixr catered our wedding this May and we cannot recommend them enough. Food was a big priority for us at our wedding and we wanted our guests to have an experience they would not forget. From the first moment I contacted Simon, I was impressed by his quick responses and communication. He helped craft a great menu (and signature cocktails) based on our preferences and requests. One of the best parts was having our tasting at our house so we could enjoy all of the exceptional dishes. We elected for a grazing table during cocktail hour and family style meal for dinner. Our guests are still complementing us on the food at our wedding! While the food is certainly the star of the show, Simon and his team were meticulous with planning every detail down to the plates and presentation. The servers on the day of were exceptional and attentive. I would not hesitate to recommend Simon and his team at Ilixr to anyone - they are masters at what they do, but also extremely gracious and a pleasure to work with.
Simon and his crew really came through for us at our baby shower! Simon is so creative, worked with us on the menu, and handled drinks perfectly. It was really awesome to have a mocktail option and it tasted so good. My guests (even the bougie foodies) were raving about everything and the presentation was so pretty. 10/10 would recommend!
