I went here on a brunch date & highly recommend! The music they had playing in the background was great, as they had something for everyone! The chefs (and sous chefs) were all wonderful and extremely creative. The staff members were all so tentative. Most importantly, the entire experience was SO MUCH FUN and each dish was delicious and presented beautifully!!! We can’t wait to come back soon! After 3 entertaining courses, we definitely left satisfied, with leftovers too. If you enjoy watching cooking shows and eating, this is the perfect place for you to be!
After hearing great things about Hudson Table, I surprised my husband with tickets to a chef competition dinner. We watched chefs Pablo and Amanda race the clock and try to impress us, and it was such a fun time. Amanda was definitely bubbly and willing to chat with anyone while she was cooking, and it was interesting to watch their techniques. My husband loves cooking, so he was eating this up, literally and figuratively! I wasn’t sure what to expect for portion sizes, but we were extremely impressed that each person got 6 sizable plates, where we actually had to take leftovers home because we were so full. In our opinion, totally worth the ticket price. It was just the right amount of people in the room so that it didn’t feel overcrowded but kept the energy high! My husband enjoyed his cocktails too. Everything was delicious, and it was fun to rate each plate on taste, presentation, and creativity. The discussion afterwards with the room as to why everyone chose their winner was a great way to end the night, and everyone was a good sport. This was one of the most fun events we’ve attended and we would definitely get tickets to another chef competition!

Wow! This was hands-down one of the coolest experiences. Not only were the chefs personable and experienced, but you could tell that they truly love what they do. There was no negativity whatsoever and they were happy to answer any and all questions that the “viewers” had!
The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were the right amount! The drinks that you could get were delicious- some NA options and a bunch of alcoholic options.
We sat at the counter, which gave you a firsthand look at what the chefs were doing, however the people at tables were more than welcome to get up and come stand and watch/ask questions whenever they wanted. If you’re at the tables you get a closer look at the plating of the food from your seat.
This experience was worth the money in my mind!

An outstanding experience from start to finish. We went on a date night and from the moment we stepped in, the staff (led by Brenda and Cate) made us feel instantly welcomed and at home. We attended the Chef Competition and left stuffed to the gills with outstanding food — choosing a winner was a Herculean task. Cristian, Chris, Alissa and Amanda were all terrific chefs and made three courses each for comparing and contrasting; Mediterranean vs Chinese, fried chicken vs. freshly made radiatori, brownie with whipped cream and a sesame sauce vs. homemade ice cream sandwich with mango slices… it was heaven on earth. With good music playing, delicious drinks, and an atmosphere that invites you to meet new people and unwind for three hours, Hudson Table is one of the best nights out in the area — by a long shot. A place managed this well and with this thoughtful and talented of a staff won’t leave anyone dissatisfied. We’ll be back!

We had such a great time at Hudson Table. It was such an awesome experience to watch the two very talented chefs, their sous chefs and the staff in action. The food was amazing, too. I highly recommend this restaurant and its unique experience!
