After a hot afternoon, we needed to stop at the local watering hole for Murrieta Hot Springs, Guenther's Lounge. Kat was very helpful and attentive. The drink selection was decent, including a variety of beers and wines. The artwork on the walls (2) are interesting but rather random. We ordered honey habanero free range wings, as well as the hummus, pita bread and veggies plate. We are taking them to go, as such, they have yet to tasted.

For my birthday, I went to Murrieta Hot Springs Resort for the weekend and during my stay, I ate dinner at Guenther’s Lounge. It was a quick walk from the resort. I went on a Thursday night around 6pm and had the place to myself. I was promptly greeted by Brian (bartender) who allowed me to sit wherever. I chose to sit by the fireplace. The place was giving 1920’s era vibe with the music and the light orange velvet couches and chairs. Brian was very attentive and checked in with me several times to make sure everything was good. I ordered the burger on the pretzel bun and I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. The pickled slaw was bomb - sweet with a little kick. After I finished the burger, I indulged in the chocolate flourless cake and it was yummy with all the fresh strawberries and blueberries on top. This was a great way to celebrate my birthday dinner. I will definitely be back!

Stopped by **Gunther's Lounge** after a relaxing day at the hot springs and spa, and it was exactly what I needed. The lounge has a cozy, laid-back vibe with comfortable seating and a fireplace that makes it easy to settle in and unwind. The cocktail menu is creative and well-executed. I highly recommend the Smoked Old Fashioned—the smoky notes paired perfectly with the bright, zesty citrus flavors. The standout food item was the pickled pear and prosciutto grilled cheese, which was the perfect balance of savory, sweet, and tangy. Great atmosphere, excellent cocktails, and delicious food. A perfect spot to end a relaxing day.

Brian is amazing! I love requesting the DEALERS CHOICE and it never disappoints. I ask for an egg white drink and he comes out with a masterpiece! We love getting the smash-burger and really appreciate that the fries are fried in beef tallow!

We had a wonderful experience at Guenther's Lounge! Brian was our bartender and server, and he was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. The food was outstanding. I had the Baby Blue Salad with chicken, and my husband ordered the Pickled Pear & Prosciutto Grilled Cheese with truffle Parmesan fries. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. We finished with the Dubai Chocolate Torte for dessert, and it was the perfect ending to an amazing meal. The atmosphere was just as enjoyable as the food—comfortable, inviting, and a great place to relax. We'll definitely be back, and we hope to have Brian taking care of us again!
