Gigi Rigolatto Miami Beach is located at the Delano Miami Beach, offering an 'Alla Grande way of life' with Italian hospitality. It provides a unique blend of relaxed luxury and exceptional dining, with options for poolside, shoreline, and elegant indoor dining. The ambiance is designed to evoke the feeling of St. Tropez and Paris, featuring beautiful decor and meticulous attention to detail. It is part of the Paris Society group, with other international locations in cities like Paris, St. Tropez, Dubai, and Bodrum.
Customer feedback is largely positive, with many praising the excellent food, outstanding service, and wonderful atmosphere. Diners frequently highlight dishes such as Parmigianna, Dover Sole, Spicy Rigatoni, Bolognese, Carpaccio, and Tartare. The restaurant's decor and 'vibe' are consistently lauded. However, some customers have reported mixed experiences, particularly regarding initial seating arrangements (especially for indoor requests) and occasional lapses in service. One review noted that while the food was tasty, the kitchen could improve on 'finer details' for certain dishes, such as the black truffle gnocchi.

Wow, what a spectacular addition to Miami! You step in and you feel like you are in St Tropez and Paris. Even the tablecloths are embroidered with beautiful flowers and every detail is perfection. The food is a 10/10 and the service is outstanding. This is my new favorite spot in Miami.
Having dined in Ramatuelle and Paris multiple times, I have to say that my experience here was somewhat disappointing.
The food was tasty, but there were several flaws that one would not expect from a restaurant of this caliber.
For example, the black truffle gnocchi. By the time the dish arrived at our table with the truffle already shaved on top, the heat had caused the truffle to wilt and lose much of its aroma and texture, diminishing the overall result.
The atmosphere is excellent, and the service is very good as well. We will certainly return. However, the kitchen should pay closer attention to the finer details, as they are what truly distinguish a restaurant of this level
Very good choice to dine in Miami Beach, wonderful decorated restaurant with great Italian food, Parmigianna was exceptional and Dover Sole is a dream! Very funny choice of Pistachio Giant ice cream visual. Loved the vibe.
We had a mixed experience at Gigi’s. As hotel guests, I confirmed twice ahead of time that our group would be seated inside. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were seated outside in nearly 100°F heat with no fans and very little comfort.
While outside, we received nothing other than breadsticks and one round of drinks, and then we were left without a server for over an hour. We were also promised that we would be seated inside within 10 minutes, but that turned into a 45-minute wait and only changed once the hotel manager intervened.
I had to ask the host twice to speak with a manager before anything was done to remedy the situation. The female restaurant manager we spoke with was not polite and came across as very dismissive, which was disappointing given the circumstances and the fact that we had clearly confirmed indoor seating in advance.
Once we were finally seated inside, the experience improved significantly. Our server and the rest of the staff were excellent, very attentive, and genuinely helpful. The food was also delicious, and the atmosphere inside was much more enjoyable.
Unfortunately, despite the great food and strong service once we were moved, Gigi’s cannot earn 5 stars from us due to the prolonged initial discomfort, lack of service, and poor handling of our seating situation at the start of the evening.
