This could be a big addition to Reston. Ebbitt House is bringing some of the Old Ebbitt DNA to Northern Virginia, but it sounds like they're giving this location its own personality with two bars, a huge patio, raw bar, steaks, seafood and classic American food. The space sounds massive, so I'm especially curious to see whether they can recreate that busy DC energy without making it feel like just another suburban restaurant. Expectations are pretty high with the Ebbitt name attached. Looking forward to seeing if they deliver when the doors open.
