Dryft Revere

Our waitress was very friendly and you can tell she's a huge fan of the menu which is always a delight. My wife was indecisive about the octopus but our waitress assured us that it's the best there is. Certainly was one of the best I've tasted. The brussel sprouts were a bit on the sweet side. Steak frits were great, I only wish I had a steak knife as the slices were fairly thick and at medium rare it wouldn't be enjoyable to chew on such huge chunks of steak. My daughter's burger was pretty high up there in regards to taste but I can honestly say I've had better burgers here in texas. Over all this had to be our best meal of our east coast vacation. Truffle fries were perfect. The layout was nice and contemporary, we just were not that huge of a fan of how loud it was in there. Also it was fairly warm inside in addition to the high humidity.

We stopped here on our way through town. Everything was absolutely delicious! We were a party of 7. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant was very clean. Pictured are the Chicken Cutlet Alfredo, Faroe Island Salmon and Pokémon bowl. We also tried the Calamari, Ceviche and Clam Chowder. Street Parking was easy enough. Prices were good based on portion sizes and quality of food. Highly recommend trying this one if you are in the area!

The view here is absolutely stunning, and the food was genuinely delicious—which is the only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars instead of 1. Unfortunately, the service completely ruined what could have been a great dining experience. Less than three minutes after we sat down, our server rushed over asking if we were ready to order food and drinks. We had literally just been seated and hadn’t even had a chance to open the menu. We politely said we needed a few more minutes, and she left with a smile. Then… nothing. Nearly 20 minutes went by before she came back. During that time we tried making eye contact and even waved to get his attention multiple times. It was obvious that she was busy, and I completely understand that restaurants can get hectic. However, we felt like our table kept getting pushed to the bottom of the priority list. It only takes a moment to stop by and say, “I’ll be with you shortly,” or to take our order, but instead we ended up waiting almost 20 minutes just to order our food. Things didn’t get any better after the food arrived. All of our appetizers were served, but we still didn’t have any utensils. An entire table of people just sat there staring at the food. We had to ask our server twice before we finally received our silverware. By then, our appetizers had been sitting in the ocean breeze long enough to become completely cold. The fried calamari, in particular, had turned so hard it was almost like chewing on rocks. The food and the view deserve all the praise they get. The service, unfortunately, was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time.

Ordered a takeaway here. The food was wonderful, prepared well, flavourful but not overcomplicated, I enjoyed every bite! Portions are quite generous and well balanced. A tad pricey but worth it, I would gladly explore the rest of their menu on occasions, and come back for the crunchy fries on a regular Thursday!
