Honestly a great experience i was the only customer right now and the the order was served fairly quickly in under 17 minutes. They were very efficient in the process of making the pizza.
The staff were friendly and the restrooms are very clean and sanitary which made my experience better. However it does get crowded at noon due to the nearby universities so it's best to visit this branch during ofpeak times.
I have worked in the restaurant industry for 30 years including 25 in the pizza segment. Dominos in the USA is very consistent in both taste and speed of service. However, tonight, here in Pasig, my local Dominos missed the mark!!
I specifically asked for “extra sauce” on my pizza and my finance even spoke to the manager and explained that her American fiance hates dry pizzas and needed extra sauce. What did I re rice? I received 4 pizzas that were DRY, DRY, DRY and DRY! Also: The amount of cheese was much less than the standard. And to top it off, the toppings were skimpy.
On speed of service? My delivery took nearly 2 hours and the pizzas were NOT HOT.
Shameful. Just shameful.
I usually love this brand but tonight, what an embarrassment. What a joke.
New Domino's Pizza branch in Katipunan, Loyola Heights, Quezon City. Located right at the corner of the F. Dela Rosa street and Katipunan Ave. and across KFC (for reference). A relatively small store with indoor seating. Accepts dine-in, take out orders. Accepted payments is thru cash and also credit/debit cards. Food is okay. They have buy 1 take 1 promo. Not so crowded when visited it.
If you want your food on time, DON'T ORDER HERE!
It will take 2 hours and 30 minutes! I ordered early because I am a diabetic patient. I called multiple times and customer service is close to none! SAVE YOUR SANITY AND DON'T ORDER HERE!
