Customer Perception
Customers generally praise Dio Mio for its delicious fresh pasta and creative dishes. The atmosphere is often described as casual and enjoyable, making it a popular spot for dinner and happy hour.
EXCELLENT food and service! Cesar salad was unreal and one of the best I ever had. Also would recommend the focaccia bread. The cacio e pepe with chicken cutlet on top is amazing and should be ordered. Pesto pasta was good but not my favorite dish. Big portions could have ordered just the salad, bread, and one pasta to split with my boyfriend.
We went because we wanted italian food and their online pictures looked delicious in addition to find out that they were Michelin nominated last year, so we gave it a try. The place was a bit difficult to find and seems hidden. It's located between other restaurants and the entrance it's pretty small so easy to miss. The place it's small and they were not busy when we went but noticed they have a time limit for parties of 2 and 3 people, so I imagine it gets pretty busy. I wouldn't want to feel rush while having dinner and I didn't like the time limit but I understand. You have to get seated, look at their paper menu and then make your way to the counter to order. They bring you the food and drinks. Their menu seems pretty small, not a lot of options but what we got was delicious added definitely recommend it. The employees were just find offering basic service and minimum interaction. I saw a lot of to go orders going out and if you live close by that might be a better option to try their delicious food without feeling rush or crowded.

Dio Mio is now on our Denver Favorites list! The promise of homemade pasta drew us in for an early dinner before our flight. Every dish was special and delicious. The Agnolotti pasta had just been added to the menu, and it was a real treat to enjoy quality pasta with a modern flavor combination. Our table also ordered the Spaghetti with meatballs, Cacio e Pepe, Foccicia, the Artichoke appetizer, and Palisade Peaches for dessert. All were made with love and deeply enjoy. Our server, Bella, took great care of us!

Incredible experience and outstanding service
The team at Dio Mio went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. PJ, the General Manager, was incredibly attentive and made the whole experience memorable. On top of that, the Lasagna was absolutely amazing — easily one of the best I’ve had. You can tell this is a restaurant that genuinely cares about its guests. Will definitely be coming back highly recommend!

Knocked it out of the park! Focaccia bread was the best I’ve ever had! Meatballs? 1000000% over the top! My husband got Casio e Pepe on a recommendation from our amazing waiter, and he was SO GLAD HE DID! Definitely a 10/10 all the way around! Super friendly staff and outstanding meals!
