It was a truly fantastic experience! It's the perfect spot for a romantic date or a meal with friends or family, with a charming atmosphere and excellent food. We enjoyed two beers each, a pizza apiece, and for dessert, a babà and a Nutella cheesecake. The pizza was really good and light, and the cheesecake was surprisingly delicious. The prices are reasonable given the quality and location.
We used to love this place and we feel it’s lost quite some charm. First, they do not allow groups, which I do not understand with such a big terrace facing the river. They are so rigid about the seating plan. Then, like last time, I ordered a gluten free pizza and the dough has decreased in quality significantly. It was quite burnt and it was not tender and fluffy like before, rather cruncher and thicker. Then they did not allow anyone to even speak almost around closing time because they said the neighbours would complain… so much potential one cannot enjoy of this beautiful terrace
We had a small birthday party there and the food were delicious. Maybe we ordered too much but we were trying to taste a bit of everything.
The pizza is a must and quite a good pizza with super fresh toppings 😍🤪

Third time I'm eating there at it was delicious as usual. The only negative on the food (this time) was the salt level. It was salty, but still good tasting, any more salt and it would not be edible. And this is coming from someone that more or less always adda salt. Maybe it was just this batch of tomatoe-sauce, since I've never experienced it before. Still probably the best pizza in Zurich and one of the best napolitan pizza you can find outside of Napoli.
Service was a bit brusque in tone and one person in my company almost got their pizza in their lap as the server placed the plate so aggressivly on the table that the pizza almost slid of the plate.
Still a good experience and I'm certain I will come back.
I will add that it was very hot at this time 30°C+ and I understand that everyone is working hard so all of us hade some lenience regarding the service.
