Chipotle Mexican Grill

Wow!! The staff here is so nice!! Angel prepared my food, and did such an excellent job. He made my order exactly how I like it, and was so kind and hardworking. Carolina who helped me at the register was also so wonderful. She helped me apply a coupon, which I was excited about! I also met the manager of the store (wish I got her name) who was wonderful. It means so much that they really cared about me as a customer. It also really felt like they put their heart and souls into making me happy. Really, really appreciate it!

They somehow managed to serve me raw chicken, and now I feel incredibly sick. It doesn’t seem like a place where managers or employees care at all and there are no operational safeguards. I used to love Chipotle but this location has turned me away from this brand forever. I would say as far away from this place as possible.

Everytime I come to this Chipotle, there is a different lady working at the cash register. But always Hispanic, always passive-aggressive, always saying things they shouldn't. This review is for my visit on Thursday 6/11/2026 around 9pm: I ordered two entrees. Lady put them both into same bag. It was too heavy so I grabbed another handle bag. Lady asked "Are you planning to use that second bag?" No lady I just took it for the heck of it (sarcasm). Two entrees were for two different people - what's wrong with one bag per entree? I pushed "Print Receipt" after I paid for the order. The lady said "I put it in your bag." I looked in the bag - no receipt. She finally realized that the receipt machine was out of paper. When she put a new roll in, at least 20 receipts printed out (for customers who had ordered previously). It was busy tonight...but if someone can't remember whether or not they pulled a receipt out of printer and put in customer's bag less than one minute prior - that is severe short-term memory loss. Either that or she was blatantly lying to me. The workers serving food are typically fine. It is always the Hispanic ladies at cash register that have no customer service skills. They also ran out of brown rice, lettuce, forks, napkins at 9pm (store closes at 11pm). Please make sure you stock ingredients well and consistently refill plastic silverware. Trash can and recycling bin were both overflowing to the brim - since they are near the front of the store, this mess created a bad impression when first stepping inside Chipotle.

They’re always out of things. The rice is often crunchy and undercooked, the chicken burnt. This evening, they were out of everything green.
