Mini golf was very fun, high quality balls and clubs with 10+ coloured balls and a range of sizes for clubs. 18 holes with a country added to each of them, drink holders for 4 at the start of each hole with occasional shade. Only negative experience was the maintenance on the green as there were parts that were slightly ripped and could affect a rolling ball. Otherwise the holes were fun to play.
The vibes are pretty good out there, but, the golf VIP shooting range is a nightmare each time there.
The hitting mat this time was in poor condition. It wasn’t flat and had noticeable height differences, which affected my stance and the quality of my shots. I’d expect better maintenance from a shooting range.
Last time tee was too low, the service they provide you in the VIP section is very poor.

We recently held my daughter’s 13th birthday party at Golf Central, 1/40 The Circuit, DFO Brisbane, and what started as a confusing experience turned into one of the best days we’ve had.
I had never been there before and honestly didn’t know where to go, where to sit, how to start our game, or how to order food. Unfortunately, I received mixed information at the start, which left me feeling flustered.
When I explained this to Jason, the Driving Range Manager, he was genuinely embarrassed and immediately bent over backwards to make sure our day became something special for our daughter. He was extremely apologetic, proactive along with the restaurant manager Rhys, and caring.
I genuinely cannot put into words how a communication breakdown turned into the best time I’ve ever had at a venue like this.
The food was amazing, the drinks were fairly priced, and any service issues were completely rectified. What truly stood out was how the entire team, including Rhys, the Restaurant Manager, went above and beyond to ensure we ended up relaxing, enjoying ourselves, and just having fun.
The most enjoyable part was how welcoming the whole team was — including Lachie, the food and beverage attendant, who was an absolute legend. From an uncertain start to an incredible finish, it was faultless by the end.
Australia often lacks genuine customer service, but this team truly believes in owning mistakes and fixing them properly so customers leave with a positive experience. People make mistakes — what matters is how they’re handled, and this team nailed it.
I’ve now ditched my monthly bowling outings and will be spending our time here playing putt putt and using the driving range instead. What more could you ask for than sitting back for an hour, watching the kids, eating great food, and enjoying a drink?
And don’t even get me started on the food — the Mortadella Pizza with Hot Honey was AMAZING, and the beer selection from the brewery was endless.
Thank you to Jason, Rhys, and Lachie for being compassionate, open-minded, and genuinely caring people. You turned an unfortunate moment into an unforgettable event.

This place was brilliant. Putt putt was fun, driving range well layed out with digital screens to monitor ball flight + food and drinks were great! 👍

I can’t say enough positives about this place. I’m a Platinum member and love the dedicated practice area. The Golf Manager, Matt Hudson, is incredibly helpful. The staff are friendly and efficient. You can see Matt’s good management at work. All in all, it’s my happy place.
