The place to be right now and it’s easy to see why. Carbone is stunning from start to finish. The interiors are beautiful and are completely matched by the food. We had an early table as a ballet booking beckoned, so once inside the menus were given to us quickly. We had a fabulous waitress who was friendly and knowledgeable on all the food and quickly helped us decide what to choose. You initially get starters, which were delicious, of breads, salami & picked cauliflower. The bread was amazing! We had then chosen Caesar Salad (divine) and Sirloin steak (forgot to take a photo 🤦🏻♀️). The steak was second to none and just melted in the mouth and was seasoned to perfection! The atmosphere is a vibe, with good music playing and a quiet hum of the guests conversations. All staff were excellent. Would not hesitate to go back and sincerely hope I do as soon as possible!
Amazing night - The food was incredible! Shout out to Anna and Erica for making our night so special. The service was absolutely phenomenal. Wish I could give it 10 stars because it couldn’t have been a better experience. Carbone London is the real deal!

The meal started with bread, salami, and pickled vegetables and honestly? Such a perfect opening. Simple but elevated, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It immediately set the tone for what was about to be an outstanding dining experience.

Took my mom for dinner at Carbone and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I have always wanted to try it in New York but it was always fully booked 2 months in advance. The atmosphere is incredibly classy and elegant, with a truly posh feel that makes the whole evening special.
One standout dish was the aubergine and courgette — absolutely amazing and cooked to perfection. The staff were attentive throughout the evening, providing warm and professional service without being overbearing. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience and a place I would highly recommend for anyone looking for great food in a stylish setting.
