Absolute gem. Came for a quick bite, left questioning all my life choices elsewhere.
The bruschetta was fresh, perfectly balanced, and actually tasted like real tomatoes (rare these days). The pasta? Proper Italian—simple, rich, and cooked exactly how it should be. And the Aperol Spritz… dangerously good. One turns into two very easily.
Service was relaxed but attentive, atmosphere spot-on. If you're in the area and skip this place, that’s on you. 🍝🍹
After a week on Sicily we were craving Roman pasta, and Cacio & Pepe did so well! We had classic bruschetta and Cacio e pepe bruschetta for appertizer and rigatoni ala zozzona and spagetti all’arrabbiata as main courses. Perfectly cooked pasta, well seasoned sauce and in general 10/10, would recommend! We might have to go back before we leave the Sicily later this week :)

The appetizers we had were first-class. The brusceta cacio e pepe was incredibly delicious. You absolutely have to try it.
The pasta dishes were the best we'd had in the city.
Hopefully you'll meet Gianluca; he'll make your evening wonderful.

Overall experience was good - food, service, prices. We enjoyed some carbonara pasta. The bacon was a little too crunchy for my taste and the pasta maybe it could've been left for boiling one more minute. Again, this is subjective :)

What a wonderful place is this?! Authentic Roman restaurant in the Palermo’s heart!
Everything was perfect!
I don’t wanna say nothing about the plates, I wanna you to look at the pictures and judge them!
The service was superlative! We booked our table less than an hour before our dinner and they found out a table for us!
Once we arrived there, we were greeted by a friendly waiter who immediately brought us a bottle of water!
Thanks to all the waiters especially to Sabina! She served and took care about us in an exceptional manner!
