Ordered through door dash, and not only was half of my order missing but the drinks weren't even right! Fries were way too cold to eat, and my burger wasn't the way I wanted it. Every time they always mess something up.
The food is great! But the service says otherwise. Every time I’ve been the brother forget half my meal or make it wrong. I ask for condiments and they never give them to me. Ordered a whopper MEAL, and only have me the whopper. No emotion or any signs of happiness from the worker.

Five stars definitely goes to the manager. I believe her name is Miss Ashley! It was a messed up breakfast order that I was unable to return until 2 1/2 hours later because of a business meeting and she still made it right. She was very polite. Very understanding. She definitely won my future business. Thank you so much. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, but she is a reminder that there are still some good people in the food service industry!

Been to this location several times before but took a break after an employee said to me. "Would it offend you if I say you look like Dora (the explorer)." Then handed me my food and said again "No offense, but you look like Dora." I was annoyed by this since I am a Hispanic women, with short dark hair, and at the time I had red highlights in my hair, which I can recall that Dora doesn't have those in her hair or wears glasses either!!! Then when I arrived home, i noticed she game a the wrong order! Didn't go back or called about the situation since I had other errands to do. All that happened summer 2025.
Today I went since their burgers are pretty decent size. The young girl taking my order in the drive thru was very nice and had great customer service. Very easy to talk to and answered all my questions in a friendly tone. She asked if I wanted any sauces at the window and also told me that the kitchen was getting the patties ready and if I could pull up ahead to receive my order when its ready. Her tone never sounded annoyed, bored, rude, or unprofessional. Super nice!
I received my order and drove back home. One of the burgers I ordered was a single whopper with no pickled and add bacon. When I got home I realized I didn't get any bacon! I don't know why but everytime I ask for bacon on a burger (at any fast food restaurant) I never get the bacon. I was charged $1.50 for it. I also noticed they just give us a small pinch of lettuce.
I do have photos but somehow Google doesn't give me an option on to add them.
Overall a 3/5 for me.

The cini minis are really bad. Raw and hasn't raised at all.. Nothing like the picture on the order board and nothing like the old cini minis we used to get
