I loved everything about my experience here. The thick-cut bacon was a standout—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The paella was also amazing, rich, well-seasoned, and definitely something I’d come back for on its own.
Happy hour had a great vibe and solid options, making it a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy good food. Overall, everything from the service to the atmosphere made the experience worth it. I’ll definitely be back.
What an outstanding Mother’s Day brunch! The food was amazing, the service was awesome if a little late at times due to how busy they were. The atmosphere is pleasant and while you’re able to hold a conversation, it’s not a loud place. The seating is quite comfortable and there are no obnoxious smells although all of the food is prepared fresh. Live the experience there. Especially the bottomless mimosas.

Worth Your Visit – With a Few Caveats ⭐
Bully impressed me on my first visit this Mother’s Day. Here’s what stood out:
The Standouts 🍔
The smash burger is an exemplary execution of the genre—perfectly seared, expertly tempered, and built on a toasted bun that holds up with integrity. Every element works in concert. The smoked paprika-dusted fries elevate what could be a pedestrian side into something genuinely crave-worthy. 🍟 My wife’s salmon was equally commendable and warranted genuine praise.
The complimentary bread service (first visit only) deserves mention: a cranberry-walnut loaf with an inviting warmth and gratifying textural contrast. A thoughtful touch. 🥖
The Misses ⚠️
The mashed potatoes, though visually appealing, lack the substance to justify inclusion. At $7, the fountain soda feels overpriced. The dessert offerings disappointed—I’d skip them unless you’re hoping the flan delivers next time. The online menu didn’t align with what’s currently being served, so call ahead to confirm your intended dishes before committing to a trip. 📞
A Significant Concern 🚨
The lounge area near the seating is in poor condition, with visible dust and insect activity. This disconnect between front-of-house quality and back-of-house maintenance warrants attention.
Bottom Line
Strong food and attentive service make Bully worth revisiting, but address the cleanliness issues and menu accuracy to earn consistent recommendations. ✓

Had a great time today at Bully. The service was very cordial, gentle and amiable. They received us with Prosecco because we were celebrating a special occasion. I had the lamb chops which were exquisite and my wife had the hanger steak which was perfectly cooked. The sangria had the best presentation I have ever seen for a pitcher. We will be coming back!

We went to Bully tonight for the first time and wow, it will not be our last. The food was incredible. My favorite was the panceta de cerdo, which was a crispy braised slab of bacon topped with spicy paprika honey - it was so balanced, tender, and just enough fat. Sooo delicious. Not pictured were the incredible desserts- the espresso dulce de leche served with the churros was to die for. The general manager, JC, along with his team were super hospitable. We can’t wait to be back!
